What we do

Please feel free to browse the various meetings and events the church provides from the list to the left.

We meet both formally on a Sunday, informally at people's houses, and we run activities which help us get to know one another and value one another's different gifts and abilities. We seek to provide for adults, youth and younger children.

We have a rolling prgramme of midweek meetings (currently on a Thursday evening once a fortnight) which include a bring & share supper, an evening of songs and prayers of faith, a learning together evening focusing on the Word of God and then occasionally, we hold a church information meeting.

We believe prayer changes things and so we have regular opportunities to meet to pray together, including the Tuesday morning prayer time via Zoom. Most weeks we have a specific prayer focus which is highlighted during the service and then details are communicated via email. The church is encouraged to pray at 8.30am each Sunday and a prayer email is sent each week from the elders to facilitate this.

During the pandemic we held short weekly team prep meetings to prepare for our live Zoom services. We felt this was a positive development and so we have continued to meet most weeks via zoom for 30-40 minutes to pray and to review and prepare our services. Our regular FLAG meetings are for those involved in the admin of the church and these are also held via Zoom. The Elders and Trustees also meet together.

Our members are also active in the community. Our links with other local churches, and our involvement in the church across the world are also listed.

Happy browsing !
