King's Church, Prestwood - Children and Young People 

We value the young people and children in the area very highly, and run works that we hope and pray will be of value to them in preparation for them as adults, and the many and varied walks of life into which they will go.

We are committed to supporting our young people, adults at risk and their families. As leaders in these areas we are committed to the nurturing and safeguarding of all, especially the young and vulnerable. We recognise that the protection of children and adults at risk is the responsibility of everyone. We recognise the need for all workers and volunteers to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, if working in regulated activities, before undertaking any work with children and adults at risk. The church is committed to supporting, resourcing and training those who work with these groups. We are committed to follow the agreed procedures and statutory, specialist guidelines.
