World Cup and Wimbledon

It's great to celebrate successes! And sad when we have to accept that some of our sporting heroes aren't quite the best in the world. Today there's the over the line goal debate.... and it isn't fair, is it? And there's the next hope for a quarter final to look forward to... with strawberries and cream.

But what does 'Best in the world' actally mean? Are these sporting battles a pointer to something much more important at the heart of who we are.....? What are we striving for - money, fame, significance, fulfilment? What would it mean to be the 'Best human being in the world'?.

What do you think?

This is my first attempt at writing a blog on the KCP website.

It appears to be rather easy!
